If you are interested in legal representation, you may schedule a telephonic or in-office consultation with attorney David F. Vedder. We represent clients living throughout the USA and in many countries worldwide. It is not necessary to live in our state or to visit our office to be fully represented by David F. Vedder, P.A., The Immigration Firm.

The fee for a thirty minute telephone consultation is $100. The fee for an in-person consultation of up to one hour is $150. The consultation fee is payable at the time of the consultation by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). If you retain our law firm to represent you, we will be happy to credit the entire consultation fee toward the cost of your case.

Consultations are scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. If it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled date and time.

After you are scheduled for consultation, please complete the attached Consultation Questionnaire and return it at least one day prior to your consultation. Please fill in as much detail as possible.  You may complete the questionnaire online and submit it electronically or you may print the form and fax it to our office at 386-274-7577, Attention: Venus.  All information that you provide will be treated as confidential.
