David F. Vedder is board certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in Immigration and Nationality Law and his practice is limited to that area. He has over 42 years of experience handling all types of immigration cases including family reunification, employment-based, foreign investors, consular visa processing at United States embassies, naturalization and citizenship matters, deportation, employer sanctions, immigration litigation in federal courts, administrative appeals and asylum.
