EB1-1 Visa for Extraordinary Abilities

Obtain a Legal Green Card

If you are an individual wishing to obtain your Green Card, you have likely realized there are a number of ways to approach the process. One way that you may qualify is with the EB11 classification, also referred to as the first preference category (for employment-based green card status). Although you do not need to have a job offer, you will need to be able to prove certain accomplishments and an intention to continue working in your chosen field (of extraordinary ability).

Because this category is very sought after by immigrants, it is a smart move to retain the legal services and representation of an immigration firm who can help. Here at David F. Vedder, P.A., our Daytona Beach immigration attorneys are dedicated to helping individuals like you navigate the confusing process.

Call our firm at (386) 968-8880 today to see how we can help you.
