Ryan has dedicated his entire career to the practice of immigration law solving complex immigration matters, providing strategic advice to professionals, investors, businesses, and their families. Attorney Kosobucki represents numerous clients from diverse industries, including education, healthcare, IT, construction, engineering, hospitality, entertainment, and equine. He also focuses on self-petitions and employment-based visas for individuals of extraordinary ability, including musicians, scientists, actors, entertainers, and athletes. He also devotes a portion of his practice to EB-5 immigration and represents developers seeking financing options other than those from traditional banks and individual investors, as well as to individuals seeking to invest into the United States.
Ryan graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and was a member of Nova Law Review. Ryan is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He previously served on AILA's National Board of Publications and chaired the South Florida chapter's Unlicensed Practice of Immigration Law Committee. Ryan is a member of the Florida Bar and has authored or co-authored published immigration law articles in Construction INK! Magazine and the Daily Business Review.
