Attorney
David Vedder is the founding attorney at David F. Vedder, P.A. He has practiced immigration law since 1978, handling more than 12,000 cases through the course of his career. As a frequent speaker and presenter at conferences and panels, Attorney Vedder is Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Florida Bar, and he is routinely recognized for his work by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Martindale-Hubbell, Law Politics, and other organizations. His practice areas currently include family-based immigration, employment- and investment-based immigration, consular processing, citizenship, employer sanctions, deportation defense, asylum, administrative appeals, and other forms of immigration litigation.
